Autopilot: marketing that runs itself

Turn it on once; EntryAd researches, plans, writes, publishes and reports every day within your rules.

Turning it on

New accounts are offered Autopilot as the last onboarding step. Existing brands turn it on from the Autopilot page — your brand, facts, audiences and connections carry over. Only organization admins can turn it on, and Autopilot acts on that admin's behalf (if they leave or stop being an admin, it stops and tells you).

Choose an objective, how often to post (3 posts a week and at most 1 a day to start), the accounts to use, and what Autopilot may do. You can change or pause it at any time.

What it does every hour

  • Checks every connected account. A problem on one account never stops the others.
  • Re-reads your verified website weekly and proposes facts from new or changed pages.
  • Approves only exact statements from your verified website and your own documents. Prices, numbers, comparisons, health, money or legal claims, personal information, opinions and testimonials always wait for you.
  • Keeps a posting plan per account and writes posts from approved facts only. It never invents opinions, experiences, testimonials or claims.
  • Publishes routine posts without approval only on business accounts you opted in — inside the account's daily and weekly caps, quiet hours, duplicate checks and the emergency stop. Personal profiles always need your approval.
  • Runs a monthly organic campaign with an AI strategy toward your objective. It needs no ad budget and never buys ads.
  • Measures results and may move how often it posts between your minimum and maximum — only on clear evidence.

Reports and alerts

Every morning (8:00 in your time zone by default) admins get a report by email and in the app: what was published, what failed, what's scheduled, results the platforms reported, AI cost, and what needs you. Figures EntryAd can't measure say why instead of showing zero.

Urgent problems — an expired connection, a failed post, Autopilot stopping — are sent right away. Reply with direction from the report page or the Autopilot page; it applies from the next plan.

Stopping it

Pause stops new work at once. The emergency stop also holds posts that are already scheduled. Every action and every reason Autopilot held back is in its decision log.
