EntryAd is operated by Gostudios LLC (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use www.entryad.com, why, who processes it for us, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, name you choose, and sign-in records.
- What you put into EntryAd: organizations, team members and roles, brand profiles, campaigns, budgets, plans, copy, calendar items, briefs and media you upload.
- Your website’s public pages, but only after you verify you control the site, and only pages its robots.txt allows. We never read pages behind a login.
- Data from accounts you connect (for example Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Threads profiles and Meta ad accounts): account names and ids, the permissions you granted, access tokens, and the content and performance data needed for the features you use. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown to anyone, including AI models.
- Technical data: error reports and basic request logs used to keep the service working and secure.
How we use it
- To provide the features you ask for: planning, writing, scheduling, publishing and reporting.
- To generate text with AI (OpenAI). We send only what a request needs — such as your brand profile, approved facts and campaign details — never access tokens, and we ask OpenAI not to store requests.
- To act on connected accounts only within the permissions and rules you set for each account.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
We don’t sell personal data and don’t use it for advertising targeting of our own.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase (database, authentication and file storage) and Vercel (hosting).
- OpenAI (text generation), Resend (email), Sentry (error monitoring), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection).
- Platforms you connect, such as Meta, when you ask us to act on them.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete brands, sources, campaigns and calendar items at any time, disconnect accounts (which deletes the stored access), and delete your account from Settings. To ask for deletion of data received from Meta, see data deletion.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw permissions you granted to connected platforms in their own settings. Contact nunu.blur.ops@gmail.com.
