Intelligent Setup, audiences and business knowledge
Describe your work once and review a prepared workspace: brands, audiences, campaigns and drafts.
Intelligent Setup
Open Intelligent Setup from the navigation or from onboarding. Add any mix of text (a description, business plan or marketing plan), documents (PDF, text, Markdown, CSV, JSON or HTML, up to 4 MB per upload), your websites and your social profile links.
EntryAd works out the businesses, brands, products and projects you describe and proposes how to organize them — by default all inside your current organization; a new organization is only suggested when your information clearly describes a separate company, and it's created only if you approve it on its own.
For each business it prepares a profile, products and services, audiences, business knowledge, sourced facts, draft campaigns, platform-specific post drafts, calendar moments and creative briefs. You approve, edit, merge, regenerate or reject anything; only what you approve is created.
What Intelligent Setup never does
- Publish, schedule or approve posts — drafts land on the calendar as drafts.
- Connect accounts or spend on ads — campaigns are created as drafts with no budget, and any paid idea is a written recommendation only.
- Overwrite what you already have — existing brands, audiences, products and campaigns with the same name are linked instead of duplicated, and an existing brand's filled-in fields are kept unless you choose to replace them.
- Follow instructions inside your documents or websites — they're treated as information only.
Cost and allowances
Before it starts, EntryAd shows an estimate. A setup uses one source analysis from your monthly allowance and counts toward your organization's AI spending limit; if the limit is reached, it stops and keeps everything prepared so far. You can cancel at any time, and an analysis that fails isn't counted.
Audiences
Audiences in the navigation lists everyone each of your businesses markets to. Add audiences yourself, or generate suggestions from your approved profile, facts, knowledge, earlier strategies and measured results. Each suggestion shows its reasoning and labels every statement as researched, provided by you, or an AI hypothesis — hypotheses are ideas to test, not facts about real customers.
Audiences are used by strategies, copy and Content Studio only after you approve them. Campaigns point at the saved audience, so improving it improves future work; before you change an approved audience that a campaign with approved or scheduled work uses, EntryAd shows those campaigns and asks you to confirm. Existing strategies and posts are never changed.
Business knowledge
Business knowledge keeps what EntryAd should remember about each business: goals, preferences, brand instructions, decisions, recommendations you rejected and why, corrections and market observations with their sources. Only approved items are used.
Upload a new document to compare it with what's approved: EntryAd shows what's new, what changed, what conflicts and which strategies it could affect. Nothing approved changes until you confirm it, and earlier versions are kept as history.
