Approvals and publishing
Nothing is posted without an approval. How scheduling, receipts and failures work.
Approval comes first
Every post needs a person's approval before EntryAd publishes it. Personal accounts always require approval. A business account may opt in to automatic publishing of content you already approved, within the limits you set.
Scheduling
Approved posts with a date publish at that time in the calendar's time zone. Until then you can open the calendar item and cancel the scheduled post; for produced videos, withdrawing the final approval cancels their scheduled uploads.
Receipts
A post is marked published only after the platform confirms it and returns its ID. Open the calendar item to see the receipt and a link to the live post.
When a post fails
- Temporary problems (a platform outage or rate limit) are retried automatically, up to five attempts.
- Expired or revoked access stops the post and asks you to reconnect the account on the Connections page.
- Content a platform refuses (too long, unsupported media) is shown with the platform's reason so you can edit and try again.
